What counts as a session?

One session = one live practice call against an AI buyer. The session is metered when you start the call, regardless of length, up to a 7-minute hard cutoff. There's no charge for browsing, configuring methodology, reviewing your post-call evaluation, or reading your past sessions on the dashboard — those don't count against your monthly quota.

If you accidentally start a session and end it within 10 seconds, we don't count it. We'd rather you not feel pressure to “use it well” — the whole point is practice volume.

What if I run out mid-month?

You can upgrade plans mid-month (prorated through Stripe), or wait until your monthly quota resets at your next billing date. There are no overage charges — we'd rather you make a deliberate choice to upgrade than get billed for a surprise. If you're hitting your limit consistently, that's usually a signal you're ready for the next tier anyway.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the account page, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your remaining sessions through that period. We don't do retention phone calls or “please don't go” flows. If the product isn't working for you, we'd rather know why so we can fix it.

Refunds?

If you're unhappy within 14 days of subscribing, email us at mohan@salesarmor.app and we'll refund the most recent charge, no questions asked. We'd rather have you happy elsewhere than stuck paying for something that's not working.

Is there a Team / SSO plan?

Coming soon. The Team plan will cover team-level analytics, SSO, and admin controls. If you'd like early access or have custom enterprise needs, email mohan@salesarmor.app and we'll work something out. We don't do six-month procurement cycles unless you specifically want to.

Why per-session and not unlimited?

Each practice session uses real AI compute — voice generation, evaluation, news research, methodology coaching. Unlimited would either mean lower-quality models or much higher prices to absorb the variance. We'd rather charge honestly for what it costs us and let you pick the tier that matches your practice volume.
