Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SalesArmor subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
2. Unused Session Credits
Session credits granted during a billing period carry over and accumulate as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, any remaining unused credits will remain available but no new credits will be added.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if you request it within 7 days of being charged and have used fewer than 5 session credits during that billing period.
Refunds for the free tier do not apply as no payment is collected.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at mohan@salesarmor.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using session credits you have been charged for (e.g., a simulation fails to start due to a platform error), please contact us. We will either restore the affected credits or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
