SalesArmor ("we", "us", "our") operates the SalesArmor web application at salesarmor.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your full name. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth. We do not store passwords directly.

LinkedIn Profile Data

When you paste a LinkedIn URL or profile text, we process that data to create a simulation prospect. We store the prospect's name, headline, company, and role. We do not scrape data without your explicit action.

Simulation Data

We record simulation transcripts, AI-generated evaluations, coaching feedback, and performance scores. This data is associated with your account and used to provide feedback and track your progress.

Usage & Billing Data

We track session counts, AI token usage, and credit balances. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe may collect information as described in their privacy policy.

Automatically Collected Data

We may collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs through our hosting provider (Vercel).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the SalesArmor service
  • To generate AI-powered sales simulations, evaluations, and coaching
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To track your progress and display performance analytics
  • To communicate with you about your account or the service
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Google Gemini API — AI-powered simulations and evaluations
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Apify — LinkedIn profile data retrieval (when you provide a URL)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and simulation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability

8. Children

SalesArmor is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
